About Our Client

This organisation is in the property industry, they are located in the City of London and is in need of an Administrator to support with the on boarding and recruitment process of the business. As and administrator you would be working in partnership with the People Operations team, and support all stages of the employee life cycle.

Job Description

  • To support the People Organisation Team with adhoc admin needs
  • Report on all aspects of our our people data, must ensure a high level of precision
  • Must have HR admin experience covering the whole employee cycle
  • Exceptional communication skills - must have the ability to engage with people
  • Work with IT to also issue and return laptops and phones for new starters and leavers
  • Enabling positive employee experience is essential within this role
  • Ability work proactively and to be ale to prioritise effectively

The Successful Applicant

To be a successful applicant in this role as an Administrator you should have:

You must have some previous experience as a HR Admin. You should have the willingness to work flexibly with others and responding to the needs of others in the work place. As an administrator you will be required to have strong IT skills.
