  • Ensure the availability of Sky’s Contact Centre desktop platform for users in the UK, Europe, and India.
  • Provide support and contribute to improvement and support of Azure cloud and virtual desktop technologies.
  • Work with project teams to ensure milestones are met and risks are managed.
  • Communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders, including external clients and vendor partners.
  • Provide BAU 3rd line support and participate in the team on-call rota.
  • Look for constant improvement of technologies and processes.
What you'll bring: Essential:
  • Understanding of Azure cloud technologies and architectures.
  • Experience with remote access (MS WVD) technology and hybrid cloud platforms such as MS HCI.
  • Intermediate troubleshooting skills.
Desirable:
  • PowerShell scripting and Azure cloud experience.
  • Microsoft Cloud Certification.
  • Knowledge of virtualised desktop technologies, Microsoft products, hybrid platforms, and compliance platforms.
  • Experience with home working solutions, ITIL knowledge, and MS WVD Cloud experience.
  • Configuring and troubleshooting HCI Platforms, Windows OS, VDI, and contact centre desktop configurations.
  • Use of management and troubleshooting tools.
  • PS Scripting.
  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude towards improvement and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Commitment to self-improvement and ownership of workstreams.
