**What you'll do**:
- Ensure the availability of Sky’s Contact Centre desktop platform for users in the UK, Europe, and India.- Provide support and contribute to improvement and support of Azure cloud and virtual desktop technologies.- Work with project teams to ensure milestones are met and risks are managed.- Communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders, including external clients and vendor partners.- Provide BAU 3rd line support and participate in the team on-call rota.- Look for constant improvement of technologies and processes.

**What you'll bring**:
Essential:
- Understanding of Azure cloud technologies and architectures.- Experience with remote access (MS WVD) technology and hybrid cloud platforms such as MS HCI.- Intermediate troubleshooting skills.

Desirable:
- PowerShell scripting and Azure cloud experience.- Microsoft Cloud Certification.- Knowledge of virtualised desktop technologies, Microsoft products, hybrid platforms, and compliance platforms.- Experience with home working solutions, ITIL knowledge, and MS WVD Cloud experience.- Configuring and troubleshooting HCI Platforms, Windows OS, VDI, and contact centre desktop configurations.- Use of management and troubleshooting tools.- PS Scripting.- Self-starter with a proactive attitude towards improvement and innovation.- Excellent communication and time management skills.- Ability to work under pressure and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.- Commitment to self-improvement and ownership of workstreams.
