The Role:
In the role of Executive Assistant, you will report to the Managing Director and play an integral part in the client and GTM journey. Your responsibilities will encompass providing support to Client Teams, Partnership Teams, and Account Management Teams throughout the entire GTM and sales cycle for our clients. You will serve as a disciplined and highly skilled professional capable of managing key tasks and objectives while also addressing general sales support inquiries.
As an Executive Assistant, your contributions will be vital to our client success and sales teams, the Managing Director, and overall business operations. Your role will involve offering essential insights, providing administrative assistance, and coordinating activities across various functions.
Technical Skills
- CRM Proficiency : Skilled in maintaining accurate CRM records, tracking client interactions, and managing sales data.
- Advanced Software Knowledge : Expertise in CRM tools, project management software, and key business applications.
- Data Management and Reporting : Ability to compile and analyse data for commercial performance and client acquisition metrics.
- Research and Analysis : Conducting in-depth research on prospective clients, industries, and market trends to support lead generation and strategic planning.
- Financial Understanding : Solid grasp of financials, commercial metrics, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Presentation and Document Preparation : Proficient in creating reports, sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
- Database Management : Experience in tracking and maintaining databases for new and potential clients.
- Project Coordination : Communicating timelines and deadlines to stakeholders and ensuring smooth coordination of cross-departmental initiatives.
- Market Insights : Monitoring market trends and client feedback to provide actionable insights for strategic decisions.
