Experience:
- Minimum of 5+ years as a Construction leader in house building
- Preferably experienced with developers that have in-house architects
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion
- Oversee all aspects of the construction process, from initial planning to project completion
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Develop and implement construction strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Manage and mentor a team of construction professionals
Qualifications:
- Proven track record as a Construction leader with over 5 years of experience in house building
- Strong understanding of residential construction processes
- Experience working with UK housing developers is essential
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience working for developers with in-house architectural teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Not Suitable For:
- Candidates with no experience in residential construction
- Individuals coming from general construction without specific residential experience
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- A seasoned Construction leader with extensive experience in house building
- Background with developers who have their own architects, ensuring a seamless integration of design and construction
- Strong leadership capabilities, with a track record of successfully managing residential construction projects
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: Up to £115,000.00 per year
