Hybrid working available after induction period (2 x WFH days a week)
Monday to Friday
Record reported warranty defects and all contact with the customer, contractor, sub-contractor, surveyors, and insurance inspectors or internal for each individual case.
Manage bookings for the Head of Customer Care and sub-contractors.
Manage department work schedule by maintaining calendars for department personnel - arranging repairs, meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
Creating regular reports for the Customer Care Manager
