About Us:

Setyl is a fast growth early-stage B2B SaaS business dedicated to supporting IT managers by providing a complete IT asset management platform. As we embark on our journey to establish a strong presence in the market, we are seeking a Senior Account Executive to assist with our growth efforts.

Job Overview

Setyl is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Account Executive to join our sales team who has a strong desire to advance into a leadership position as Head of Sales. This individual will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by focusing on prospecting, through to closing deals. The ideal candidate is ambitious, ready to hunt for deals and possesses an excellent performance track record of hitting quota.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email, networking events and more.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Conduct product demos to showcase the value of Setyl's IT Asset Management platform.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals with a focus on achieving revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Ensure a smooth transition of closed deals to the customer success and implementation teams.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a mid-market B2B SaaS environment.
  • A desire to do whatever it takes to build relevant pipeline, while refining our sales process.
  • A fast learner and ability to transfer those skills to others through mentorship.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ambitious and self-motivated with a strong desire to advance into a leadership role.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
