JGA are proud to partner with a global manufacturing brand, to secure a dynamic and results-oriented HR Project Lead to drive a critical project to support growth.
This role will be instrumental in building a high-performing team, ensuring a seamless transition for existing employees, and attracting diverse talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement a robust recruitment strategy to fulfil operational staffing requirements in alignment with project milestones.
- Oversee probationary periods for personnel transitioning between company locations.
- Collaborate with senior HR leadership to develop a compelling employer brand.
- Integrate the company’s diversity, equity, and inclusion mandate into recruitment processes to foster a balanced workforce.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with educational institutions and industry events to attract top talent.
- Partner with the talent development function to design and execute comprehensive onboarding and training initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and implement optimized operational processes.
- Drive exceptional candidate experiences through seamless coordination with internal recruitment and onboarding functions.
Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated success in leading and executing complex projects.
- Exceptional organisational and attention-to-detail capabilities.
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment.
- Industry experience, preferably within a manufacturing context.
- Mastery of developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, including employer branding and diversity initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Adaptability to evolving organisational structures and operational models.
