Key Responsibilities


  • Create and implement a robust recruitment strategy to fulfil operational staffing requirements in alignment with project milestones.
  • Oversee probationary periods for personnel transitioning between company locations.
  • Collaborate with senior HR leadership to develop a compelling employer brand.
  • Integrate the company’s diversity, equity, and inclusion mandate into recruitment processes to foster a balanced workforce.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with educational institutions and industry events to attract top talent.
  • Partner with the talent development function to design and execute comprehensive onboarding and training initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and implement optimized operational processes.
  • Drive exceptional candidate experiences through seamless coordination with internal recruitment and onboarding functions.


Skills and Experience


  • Demonstrated success in leading and executing complex projects.
  • Exceptional organisational and attention-to-detail capabilities.
  • Proven expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment.
  • Industry experience, preferably within a manufacturing context.
  • Mastery of developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, including employer branding and diversity initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptability to evolving organisational structures and operational models.
