As a **Human Resources Coordinator,** you'll have a key part to play in the success of our organisation. You'll be based out of our fantastic **Birchwood** park office (WA3 6XG) but you'll also have the opportunity to work from home twice per week as part of our flexible working approach.

As a HR Coordinator you'll be responsible for supporting the Human Resources team with the delivery of a broad range of tasks across the function. Your day to day will be varied and busy and you'll play a key part in the smooth running of the HR team, assisting with supporting over 600 colleagues across the UK and Ireland. You'll be responsible for administering HR processes for the full colleague lifecycle and will provide a first-class service to colleagues and stakeholders at all levels of the business.

Ideally **CIPD** qualified, you'll have a breadth of experience gained across all areas of the HR function. We're undergoing exciting **transformation,**including refining our systems so it's important you have a digital mindset, great systems skills and ideally experience of **Workday**. It's also important that you're an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment, who is willing to get involved in everything from administration to casework and project work as the need arises.
