Main Responsibilities as an Enhanced Service Manager
Collaborate with Deployment Delivery team to plan deployment and address issues.
Innovate deployment processes for improved productivity and outcomes.
Provide guidance for software implementation aligned with deployment needs.
Monitor progress, address risks, and enhance customer support for successful deployment.

Demonstrated leadership in overseeing technical system and software delivery, consistently achieving project success from initiation to completion.
Proficient in executing customer contact strategies, with a thorough grasp of deployment tools, processes, and methodologies.
Extensive background in delivering outstanding customer service to clients and stakeholders.
