As a customer service administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer service and professionalism. You will be responsible for a range of tasks and responsibilities such as:
Working closely with key contacts across the business to drive excellent customer serviceAct as first point of contact for any customer queries Liaising with the customer service team to ensure complaints are resolved efficiently Supporting with reporting including call stats and quality service Various administrative tasks Record keeping
