Previous experience in a Service Desk or Field-based role
Windows OS 11/10
Windows Server, Exchange Server experience
Group Policy (DNS/DHCP)
Office 365
SQL Server
Working closely with the other Service Desk team in a collaborative environment sharing experience and skills where applicable.
