As a Compliance & Contracts Consultant, you will play a crucial role in the operations of our business on the contracts side, as well as managing travel and mobilisation arrangements and building out processes.   • Oversee international travel and mobilisation logistics, ensuring timely and cost-effective arrangements for contractors across flights, car rentals and accommodation. This will involve building out a mobilisation process and leading a team eventually within this.
  • Working closely with umbrella companies to find new suppliers and ensuring we are working compliantly/up to date with the latest tax regulations for the countries we operate in – with the help of the contracts team.
  • Coordinate and facilitate external contract management activities, including contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations, such as ISO accreditations etc.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a role related to Contracts or Compliance.
  • Experience in international travel bookings is essential.
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and prioritise tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of contract management principles and practices – that link with umbrella company services & associated compliance. Experience of working with umbrella companies is a must.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
