Role Overview:

We are seeking a Compliance Consultant on behalf of a growing insurer. The contractor will ensure the company's compliance with relevant insurance regulations and provide strategic advice to senior management and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and enhance compliance policies and procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to insurance laws and regulations.
  • Conduct audits and risk assessments.
  • Provide expert guidance on regulatory issues.
  • Offer strategic advice to senior management regarding compliance risks and mitigation.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and operational teams to implement best practices.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven compliance experience within financial services (preferably within insurance).
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of risk management, data privacy, and financial regulations.
  • Excellent communication and advisory skills.
