We are seeking an experienced Senior Compliance Consultant to join our team, specializing in Asset Management. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for providing strategic compliance advice to our clients, including Asset Managers, Private Wealth Managers, and Private Equity Boutiques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary compliance resource for a portfolio of clients, providing strategic compliance advice and anticipating regulatory compliance needs.
- Provide resolutions for complex regulatory questions and issues, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
- Set up compliance infrastructure for clients, including monitoring reviews and drafting compliance monitoring reports.
- Understand and update clients on regulatory change and its impact on their business.
- Build and develop client relationships, fostering strong partnerships with our clients.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of compliance experience gained with a compliance consultancy, law firm, in-house Compliance team, or the regulator.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks in Asset Management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
