Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Professional to join our team at Compliance Recruitment Solutions. As a Senior Compliance Expert, you will be responsible for providing strategic compliance advice to our clients in the Asset Management industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary compliance resource for a portfolio of clients, including Asset Managers, Private Wealth Managers, and Private Equity Boutiques.
  • Provide compliance advice and guidance to clients on regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Develop and implement compliance infrastructure for clients, including monitoring reviews and drafting compliance reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and provide guidance to clients on how to adapt to new requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in compliance, gained in a compliance consultancy, law firm, or in-house compliance team.
  • Proven expertise in Asset Management compliance, including experience with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise advice to clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
