EHR Workforce Change and Engagement Lead

The Christie NHS Trust's Digital Service welcomes applications to this new Electronic Health Record EHR Workforce Change & Engagement Lead role. The right person for the role would be customer-centric, have demonstrable prior experience of establishing and delivering communications campaigns and be an strong networker across clinical and non clinical settings.
This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a wider, established Project and Change Management function, within a team that values you as a person and a professional. You'll be supported to achieve ambitious but realistic targets that will lead to tangible service improvements and personal development.
The role supports all senior and project managers within the Trust's Digital Service with development and application of consistent digital imagery, plans, messaging and campaign activities to all EHR stakeholders.
The post holder will support the digital teams by leading and managing complex cross-functional workforce change, transformation and engagements and have significant HR and organisational development insight and change management skills.
The post holder will also be required to co-develop and follow agreed methodologies to ensure a sound system of engagement governance is in place at every level of a campaign. This will include supporting the preparation of regular reports on portfolio delivery and the maintenance of relevant programme and project engagement documentation.
- Work on their own initiative to manage their day-to-day workload and negotiate deadlines with managers and stakeholders.
- Undertake surveys and audits to inform best practice research or consultation activities, often using complex information and sensitive patient/staff views.
- Day-to-day supervision of work and outputs of freelance, fixed term or agency staff to assist them when required in the delivery of specific communications projects or to help manage peak demands in activity.
- Responsibility to commission and manage externally sourced design, print and photographic services, ensuring goods and services offer quality and value for money. Sourcing venues and event management.
- Promote and encourage collaborative working relationships with colleagues in partner organisations including other NHS organisations in building the communications strategy for Digital Services
- Respond helpfully to enquiries from the public contacting the communications department by providing advice and information. This will also involve gathering information and creating responses for any relevant audit enquiries.
- Follow Trust-wide and ICB policies, procedures, and protocols.

- Provide media handling services to safeguard the reputation of the Digital Services, including reputation management of complex and sensitive issues
- Ensure brand integrity is maintained and improved where necessary - across Digital Services
- Ensure effective planning and delivery of public engagement and consultation activities for Digital Service
- Manage the Digital Services presence on relevant websites, staff intranet and social media
- Ensure stakeholder management processes are in place within staff and public engagement network databases
- Research and analysis for evaluation reports. The post holder is required to:

- Follow Trust-wide policies, procedures and protocols
- Take every reasonable opportunity to maintain and improve their professional development.
- Master's degree in a related subject or demonstrable equivalent experience
- oExperience involving close working relationships with senior managers within a multidisciplinary environment.

- oSubstantial experience of delivering complex digital projects updates to a non-technical audience.
