We are looking for a Sales Support Executive with a specific focus on airline ticket sales to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Support Executive specializing in Airlines Tickets, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the sales team in managing ticketing processes, customer inquiries, and ensuring the seamless execution of ticket sales transactions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Ticketing Administration:
    • Collaborate with the sales and reservations teams to process and manage airline ticket orders accurately.
    • Ensure adherence to ticketing policies, pricing structures, and promotional offers.
    • Maintain updated records of ticket sales, cancellations, and refunds.
  2. Customer Engagement:
    • Serve as a key point of contact for customers inquiring about ticket information, pricing, and availability.
    • Assist customers in booking, modifying, or canceling airline tickets.
    • Provide support in resolving customer issues related to ticketing.
  3. Sales Support:
    • Collaborate with the sales team to prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts related to airline ticket sales.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to promote ticket sales through various channels.
  4. Inventory Management:
    • Monitor ticket inventory levels and collaborate with relevant departments to optimize availability.
    • Assist in managing seat allocations and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
  5. Reporting:
    • Generate and analyze reports on ticket sales performance.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on ticketing data.
  6. Communication:
    • Communicate effectively with internal teams, ensuring coordination on ticketing-related activities.
    • Liaise with customers to communicate changes in flight schedules, policies, or other relevant information.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales support, with a focus on airline ticketing.
  • Familiarity with airline reservation systems and ticketing platforms.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing ticket orders.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of airline industry regulations and ticketing best practices.
