What you will be doing:

  • Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling, to generate leads and opportunities.
  • Prospect and qualify leads and assess their needs, pain points, and purchasing intent.
  • Manage renewals or upselling when needed.
  • Engage with prospects to deliver compelling product/service Demo presentations and overcome objections.
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and payment arrangements to successfully close deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.

Who are you:

  • Minimum 1-year of outbound B2B sales experience working with C-level contacts.
  • Proven track record of closing deals/ revenue in a SaaS background.
  • Proven track record of managing renewing & upselling contracts in the SaaS background.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.
