Origin – Great homes, positive people and strong communities

A home is the essential foundation for a good quality of life, so what we do every day really matters to the wellbeing of our communities. Here at Origin, we trace our roots back 100 years, building and managing high quality homes as well as providing support services and housing for those who are most vulnerable in London and Hertfordshire. We work to provide safe, decent affordable homes and support for individuals and communities.

Focused on our residents, our driving ambition is to provide services that make people’s lives easier, and homes and communities they can be proud to live in. We are ‘not for profit’ and reinvest all our surpluses back into our varied and vibrant neighbourhoods.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that we have a demonstrable emphasis on data integrity, on embedding robust processes and providing confidence in data that enables the creation of quality and fit for purpose investment plans.

  • Manage and maintain the organisations energy efficiency data and systems.
  • Evaluate energy efficiency of properties and present recommendations for improvement.
  • Produce asset and energy information and reports in a variety of formats.
  • Produce scenarios from databases to enable the effective planning of asset investment programmes, ensuring properties are well maintained and data knowledge recorded.
  • Support contractors and suppliers with data requirements to keep databases updated and accurate.
  • Perform and develop routine gap analysis and data validations to ensure continual robustness of data.
  • Produce reports of non-compliance with statutory housing standards including Decent Homes and Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS).

What you’ll need

  • Knowledge of Keystone or similar asset management systems.
  • Understanding of Housing standards such as Decent Homes, Housing Health & Safety Rating System (HHSRS) and Energy Assessment procedures (SAP/RdSAP).
  • A meticulous approach to data with excellent communication skills.
