With Intelligence are recruiting an enthusiastic individual to join our Investor engagement team in the UK. The purpose of this role is to build key relationships with our attendees before, during and after our international events to enhance their experience and engagement. This is a customer service role with a difference - you will work with all the internal teams and you will need to communicate feedback in a timely manner. This is a fixed term contract which will have the opportunity to be made a permanent role.

Duties will include:

- To become an expert of the event format, event content and features
- Develop relationships with investors to improve registrations
- Work closely with the marketing department to convert inbound sales
- Work with the content team to full understand our agendas to explain and engage customers on each call
- Manage Admin to ensure follow up calls are made and note are recorded in a timely fashion
- Work towards a range of targets including : call targets, registrations and delegate conversions.

**Requirements**:

- Self motivated, with a willingness to ask questions and put forward ideas
- Excellent organisational skills
- Experience of working in a target driven environment
- Experience of managing client relationships preferred
- Due to the nature of our international client base, occasional flexibility of hours may be required
