to take responsibilityfor managing existing accounts and developing new contacts by personal and consistent revenue service. MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Achieve revenue targets and expand the business Proactive account management of existing clients to grow revenue Adhere to Montcalm Hotel standards and uphold and exemplify Montcalm Hotel Service of Excellence Handle incoming room, event, F&B and conference enquiries in accordance with brand standards. Be aware of the key trends in the market and take appropriate action Have a clear strategy and account plan for each client Work closely with the Revenue Manager Maintain confidentiality of guest and associates information and pertinent hotel data. Investigating new areas of business in terms of market development Collecting own data and providing accurate management reports Maintain positive guest relations at all times. To work in co-operation with other departments, developing and maintaining working relationships with colleagues in youre own and other departments. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Ability to: Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy. Prioritize, organize and follow up. Be a clear thinker, remaining calm in resolving problems using good judgment.
