About Us: The Victory Services Club (VSC) is a successful charity which provides membership services to serving & retired members of the UK Armed Forces, NATO, Commonwealth, and their families. The Club, which is close to Marble Arch, has 200 bedrooms, extensive dining facilities, and seven Event Rooms which are available for Club members. Our Event Rooms are hired to generate revenue for the charity. The Club operates a number of schemes to provide free breaks for serving members of the Armed Forces. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Conference & Banqueting Supervisor for our bust Food & Beverage Department. The Role: As a Bartender you will be required to deliver first class service to our guest. You will serve drinks, beverages and suggest items from the menu. You will be responsible for the tidiness and upkeep of the F&B area. You will be required to help your team mates and support the F&B Manager. The Person This role requires excellent customer service skills and is best suited to somebody of a warm & friendly nature. The successful candidate should have experience in a similar role and a proven record of team work and delivering high quality services. A good eye for detail is key. This role will require the successful candidate to work varying hours in accordance with the rota, therefore flexibility is required. You must be fluent in English and have the right to work in the UK.
