Business Development Manager - Electronics Connectivity Solutions

Murray Myers are very pleased to be representing a SME Electronics Business based in Kingswinford for the recruitment of a key member of their team.

My Client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join the team as a Business Development Manager focused on expanding their market presence and driving revenue growth in the field of electronics connectivity solutions, with a primary focus on cable assembly and wire harness sectors. The ideal candidate will embody a proactive mindset, showcasing a hunter mentality to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct Comprehensive Market Research:- Investigate market trends, opportunities, and potential clients within the electronics connectivity solutions domain.

- Identify and Target Key Sectors:- Pinpoint and strategically target key market sectors for our products and services.

- Lead Generation Promotion:- Implement and excel in lead generation strategies to ensure a robust pipeline of potential business opportunities.

- Develop and Maintain Sales Pipeline: - Proactively seek out and nurture new business opportunities, maintaining a strong and dynamic sales pipeline.

- Target Existing/Previous Accounts:- Strategically engage with existing or previous accounts, exploring opportunities for expansion and growth.

- Client Relationship Management:- Cultivate and enhance relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and exploring avenues for additional collaboration.

- Implement Strategic Business Plans:- Devise and execute strategic business plans to penetrate new markets, ensuring a competitive edge in the electronics connectivity sector.

- Management Reporting:- Prepare regular reports for the management team, offering insights into market dynamics, business development progress, and strategic recommendations. Requirements:

- Proven Sales Success:- Demonstrated track record of success in sales within the electronics connectivity, cable assembly, or wire harness industry.

- Market Insight:- Strong understanding of market trends, competitive landscapes, and client needs in the electronics connectivity solutions sector.

- Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills:- Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to foster strong client relationships and collaborations.
