Sales Development Representative Salary: up to £25,000 (+ uncapped commission)
Their software & technology helps businesses in highly regulated industries (think legal & insurance) and others in industries that exchange large sums of money (Cryptocurrency as an example) Due to continued growth and interest in their product, they're now looking to add entry-level sales development representatives to the team to start in January.
Earning Potential - Huge earning potential on an uncapped commission structure. Training - the company has an extensive training programme and also have a mentor scheme to aid with your development.
A few examples: dedicated reading spaces, an on-site gym and team members trained in mental health first aid.
Progression - realistic expectations to receive your first promotion 6 months into the role.
As a salesperson within this business, your responsibilities will include prospecting new potential clients through a number of outreach methods such as cold calling, email, and LinkedIn. Picking up the phone and making cold calls will be the main daily activity
You'll speak to C-Level execs and finance leaders with the view to arranging demos of the software and product.
Drive and determination - Sales isn't easy. You'll be driven to build a successful career in tech sales in a niche industry that is constantly upscaling.
Desire to progress - The goal is to make your way to the Senior Sales Team.
