Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Field Sales Representative to join our team at Uniting People. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing existing customer accounts and actively prospecting new accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop existing customer accounts and actively prospect new accounts - 80% growth from existing customers and 20% new business.
- Visit existing customers and work with them to grow sales.
- Actively pursue and convert new business leads.
- Communicate and agree plan of action.
- Share territory business plan with the Sales Manager detailing performance to date and forward actions.
- Ensure all customer enquiries are responded to within an agreed time.
- Continual improvement of product knowledge.
- Present samples to customers.
- Deliver launch days for new customers.
- Follow company processes.
- Work towards set targets and KPI's.
Requirements
