About the Role

As a Senior Interior Sales Consultant at Schmidt, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer experiences and exceeding sales targets. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with customers to understand their design needs and preferences, and to create bespoke interior solutions that meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities


  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and design consultations to showcase Schmidt's extensive range of products and services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, operations, and logistics, to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, product innovations, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
  • Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns, sales promotions, and product launches to drive business growth


Requirements


  • Prior experience in sales, preferably in the interior design, kitchen, or bathroom industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of the interior design industry
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required
