We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Night Chef to join our dynamic Kitchen Team at the prestigious Haymarket Hotel. As a Night Chef, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality dishes during the night shift, ensuring our guests receive the best culinary experience possible even during late hours.


Responsibilities:



  • Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards, maintaining consistency and quality throughout the night.
  • Oversee kitchen operations during night hours, ensuring all health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and develop new menu items.
  • Manage inventory and ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth transitions between shifts.

Requirements:



  • Proven experience as a chef in a similar role, preferably with night shift experience.
  • A passion for food and a creative approach to menu development.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • The ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
