We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (Mid-Market) to join the Tessian team following the Proofpoint acquisition.
You will be taking ownership of a critical portfolio of approximately 50 customers, including commercial ownership for the renewal, predominantly the finance sector. As well as being responsible for renewals and advocacy in our EMEA customer base, you'll be a bridge between Product and our customers - communicating our technology, understanding pain-points and interpreting future customer needs to inform product development.
This role will also play a part in the journey that Tessian and Proofpoint are embarking on together as we look to scale up the Tessian Customer Success Motion today from Serve as the trusted advisor to our customers and executive sponsors post initial sale. Identify renewal risk and collaborate with internal teams to remediate and ensure a successful renewal.
Identify advocates and expand our customer community to accelerate our go to-market motion
Conduct periodic executive reviews and health checks - accurately assessing customer health, helping define adoption strategies and ensure value realisation (using key metrics from the platform)
World class communication skills, both in verbal and in writing.
Experience working in a fast paced, high-growth B2B SaaS technology environment, selling software.
An experience of quota carrying account or customer success management experience.
Legal, Financial and Professional Services.
