WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Manage the logistics of all product and hardware deliveries across the partnership portfolio, including producing monthly product and hardware tracking reports
Track and monitor the allocation of tickets and race places contractually provided by partners
Research suppliers for all event activations and ensure correct finance processes are followed
Provide on-site support as needed

Client / Account Management

Support the team drafting brand communications and circulating these
Contribute to brainstorms and creative sessions
Research and approach influencers and ambassadors
Assist in drafting client facing documents and presentations
Manage the preparation of all accounting paperwork, maintenance and preliminary reconciliation of event budgets

**Self / Team Management**:
Assist the Account Executive to manage the weekly team meeting status document
Create and distribute the weekly industry updates to the team and client
Carry out supportive tasks to facilitate smooth day-to-day administrative tasks
Prioritize work flow to deliver timely outputs

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED

Experience within a similar role is preferred
Experience working on large global brands is preferred, but not essential
An understanding of sport marketing and sponsorship activation
Ability to multi-task; you will be working across a number of activities with tight deadlines
Good communication skills - verbal and written
Ability to analyse problems and develop practical solutions
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Creative thinking
Attention to detail
Willingness to take on responsibility and broaden horizons
Knowledge of, and passion for, sport is a bonus
Open to feedback from clients and colleagues
