Band 6 Community Occupational Therapist

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated and experienced Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join one of our client's services based in Greater London with an immediate START

Start Date: ASAP

Full time/ Part time

Will need experience in the assessment, treatment and management of complex neurological conditions including Stroke, Spinal Cord Injuries and Traumatic Brain Injuries.

*

You will provide up to an hour of daily input to these patients alongside other physio’s, OTs and rehabilitation assistants using a range of therapeutic adjuncts.

*

This means you will coordinate the care and discharge planning of that patient, liaising with family members and chairing meetings where appropriate.

*

Min 3yrs post grad experience as OT

*

Significant NHS experience as an OT working with adult patients who have had a stroke

*

Significant NHS experience as an OT working with adult patients in the community

*

Post grad training related to stroke rehab

*

Car owner and driver

*
