Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Croydon Health Services NHS Trust. As a Band 6 Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing the functional needs of adults in their homes and in a community setting, in line with relevant legislation and policies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assess the functional needs of adults in their homes and in a community setting, using evidence-based principles to develop and implement interventions.
  • Manage a caseload of clients with complex needs, providing leadership and supervision to junior staff.
  • Participate in the planning, development, and evaluation of Therapy services within a designated area/team, holding responsibility for defined projects.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and development of the trust's Therapy service.
  • Regularly supervise Occupational Therapy students on practice placements.

Requirements
