Occupational Therapist Band 6 Position

Croydon Health Services NHS Trust is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our Adult Community team. As a Band 6 Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care to vulnerable adults in the community.
Main Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of adults in their homes and community settings, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
- Manage a caseload of clients with complex needs, utilizing evidence-based and client-centered principles to develop and implement effective interventions.
- Provide leadership and supervision to junior staff, promoting their professional development and competence.
- Contribute to the planning, development, and evaluation of Therapy services within the designated area/team, taking ownership of defined projects.
- Participate in the maintenance and development of the Trust's Therapy service, ensuring alignment with Trust objectives.
- Supervise Occupational Therapy students on practice placements, fostering their learning and professional growth.
