We are looking for an experienced Vice President of Sales - The Hoxton to join our team here at Ennismore. This is an exciting role in our growing company and will focus on leading top line sales strategies for our global portfolio of Hoxton hotels.
Based in London and reporting to the Executive Vice President - Sales, this role is responsible for driving top line revenues into our global portfolio of 12 operating Hoxton Hotels as well as ensuring we have successful commercial openings across our ambitious opening pipeline.
We are looking for someone with strong commercial experience, strong leadership skills and someone who is passionate about our brand.
We have huge ambitions to grow The Hoxton brand and so we want someone that is inspired to join us on our journey.
What you'll do:
- Work in partnership with Revenue and Brand leads to ensure all Hoxton properties have robust commercial plans in place to drive top line revenues
- Support onproperty Director of Sales with sales specific action plans focusing on sales managed segments
- Corporate, MICE, Consortia, Contracted & Luxury Leisure
- Input on sales structure, key sales recruitment and onboarding e.g., Director of Sales, Director of Groups & Events
- Lead The Hoxton Global sellers ensuring sales deliverables are met across the portfolio
- Support with key client negotiations where necessary
- Involvement in owner relations and reviews when requested
- Sales lead on all Hoxton new openings, recruitment of property Director of Sales, submission of preopening budgets, critical path execution and ensuring robust sales plans are in place to drive successful launch of each property
- Education of Ennismore Sales teams and wider Accor sales team on The Hoxton properties and opening pipeline
- Key liaison with wider Accor Global Sales Team on Hoxton specific sales actions and activities, where relevant
- Drive Accor GSO engagement across The Hoxton properties ensuring key deliverables are being met
:
- 10+ years' experience in a senior sales role
- Multisegment and multi market experience essential we are looking for someone that can guide and direct all our hotels on all sales managed segments and someone who has experience leading sales teams across European countries and/or USA
- Strong team leadership skills
- Passionate about hotel sales and goal driven
- An excellent relationship builder, confident in working with other teams and leaders; you're passionate about what we can achieve together
