com is seeking a versatile and performance-driven candidate to join our team. This pivotal role focuses on leveraging programmatic and other paid media channels (including Pinterest, Amazon marketing and more) to drive targeted traffic, enhance brand visibility and maximize revenue across Funko’s suite of Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) brands, including but not limited to Funko.com, and other affiliate DTC channel activations, across both our US (primary) and EMEA markets.
The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of programmatic advertising, display, and other paid media strategies tailored to the unique landscape of Funko and pop culture enthusiasts and demonstrate proficiency in Google Analytics. Programmatic Advertising:
Develop, implement, and optimize programmatic advertising campaigns to reach and engage our target audience effectively.
Utilize data-driven insights to refine targeting strategies and improve campaign performance.
Proof-read all ads prior to launch to ensure proper linking, creative and copy.
Display Advertising:
Create and execute display advertising campaigns, including banner ads and rich media, with a focus on maximizing brand exposure and driving conversions.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually compelling ad creatives.
Devise and implement comprehensive paid media strategies that extend beyond search and social, considering channels such as display, native advertising, and other relevant platforms.
Tailor campaigns to align with the unique characteristics of managing US & EMEA markets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align targeting strategies with customer personas.
Monitor campaign performance and adjust budgets to capitalize on high-performing opportunities.
Ad Creative Testing:
Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing and high-converting ad creatives for various paid media channels.
Implement A/B testing methodologies to optimize ad performance.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyse campaign performance data to derive actionable insights, providing regular reports on key performance metrics.
Contribute to strategic adjustments based on data-driven findings to achieve and exceed business goals.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and marketing, to ensure cohesive and integrated paid media strategies.
Communicate effectively to share insights, performance updates, and recommendations.
In-depth knowledge of programmatic advertising, display advertising, and other paid media channels.
Great analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
Experience with managing campaigns in both US and EMEA markets.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Certifications in relevant paid media platforms are a plus.
Experience working in a fast-paced direct to consumer brand is preferred.
Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred.
