Join our vibrant primary school in Norfolk as a School Office Administrator. We are looking for a dedicated and organized individual to ensure the smooth operation of our school’s administrative functions. This role is central to supporting our staff, students, and parents, and upholding the nurturing and exciting learning environment we are known for.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage and maintain the school’s administrative systems and databases efficiently.
  • Handle all correspondence and communications, ensuring timely and accurate information dissemination.
  • Assist in the planning and organization of school events, meetings, and activities.
  • Oversee the management of student records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Serve as a friendly and helpful point of contact for parents, visitors, and the school community.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, with a preference for candidates with experience in an educational setting.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact positively with all school stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database management.
  • A commitment to the ethos and values of our school, with a focus on creating a supportive environment.
