reporting to the Planning Team Leader, plays an integral part in ensuring customer issues are resolved in a timely manner.

An important role, driving our customer first value as contracts are delivered by our operational teams. The role includes: Managing inbound customer contact in a timely manner

Provide back support and cover customer services including reporting residents issues.

Production of and management of Contract documentation including H&S packs

Raise and distribute purchase orders for regional and office e.g Skip replacements and stores orders

Prepare survey administration for distribution regarding installations

Issue correspondence to residents including appointment letters, newsletters and care leaflets

Champion excellent customer service and our Customer first culture.

Communicate effectively, ensuring residents issues are understood and where necessary any individual special requirements are dealt with sensitively.

Experience required for this role: Previous experience of working in a customer services role

Great customer skills

Word and excel to intermediate level

Experience of data input and customer record maintenance

Analytical and systematic approach, familiar with quality systems and processes

Self-starter with keen attention to detail and well organised.

Strong communications skills, positive can-do attitude and a team player
