We are currently seeking a highly skilled HR professional with a strong experience in recruitment to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting our growth by attracting top talent and managing HR activities to ensure a productive and engaging work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. HR Management: Manage day-to-day HR operations, including but not limited to employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, and compliance with UK employment laws and regulations.
  2. HR Policies & Compliance: Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure they are in compliance with local laws and reflect best practices. Advise management and staff on HR policies and procedures.
  3. Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment through effective employee engagement strategies. Conduct regular employee surveys and implement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and productivity.
  4. Reporting & Administration: Maintain accurate HR records and reports, including personnel files, recruitment metrics, and training logs. Utilize HRIS systems for efficient management of HR data.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, with a strong focus on recruitment, preferably in the IT or tech industry. Excellent knowledge of UK employment legislation and best practices in HR management. Experience with HRIS and recruitment software. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with staff at all levels. Proactive, problem-solving attitude, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
