**HR Generalist**

**Between £40,000 - £55,000 pa depending on experience (negotiable for more senior options)**

**West London & 5 Days Per Week in the Office**

**12 Month FTC (With High Possibility to go Permanent)**

A renowned and global media company is looking for a HR Generalist on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for delivering HR support, providing advice to the partners and managers, and building strong relationships with both the individuals and managersin the team.

This role is hands on with a large focus on employee relations and recruitment.

You will be working with and advising alongside the HR team of around 2. You will be a driven individual that is able to provide administrative, recruitment and advising support the team.

**Duties**
- Provide generalist HR support including being able to lead, liaise with and be the first point of contact for the partners, managers and employees
- Be able to review, improve and ensure compliance of the firms HR policies and practices while maintaining the firms values
- Provide advice and work with the line managers with the ER matters in accordance with current legislation and firm policy, including training on these policies
- Overseeing, managing and administering employees' rewards, compensation and benefits
- Developing proposals of and ensuring consistent annual salary reviews in a timely matter
- Co-ordinate and manage projects that support the business objectives
- Provide support to the Senior HR Manager with any ad hoc duties.

**Requirements**:

- At least 4 + years experience in Human Resources, ideally within a media or creative industry.
- Extensive recruitment experience.
- Ideally be CIPD qualified Level 3 or above.
- Ideally global exposure within a HR related role.
- Proficient in use of MS Office (specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Excellent administration, organisational and prioritisation skills with ability to manage time efficiently.
