Sales Account Manager - Commercial Property/Facilities Management

My client, a leading multi-national, are looking to strengthen their account management team and foster lasting relationships with customers in East of England, East Midlands, and Northern Home Counties and North Greater London.As the lead for a designated customer portfolio, you will prioritise maintaining and increasing revenue by delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidates will have prior sales or account management experience, gained in the commercial property, facilities management or mechanical engineering space.

- Cultivate and nurture enduring customer relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
- Oversee major projects to guarantee customer satisfaction and address any concerns that may arise.
- Continually explore avenues to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Gain a thorough understanding of client budgets and project timelines.
- Provide valuable insights on competitor activity to support strategic decision-making.
- Introduce customers to new innovations and services, keeping them informed of the latest offerings.
- Coordinate with staff members working on the same accounts to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Exceptional time management skills, ensuring efficient task prioritisation and adherence to deadlines.
- Adept at finding untapped business opportunities within existing customer base, leveraging referrals, and exploring additional sites or works.
- Takes ownership of situations and actively engages relevant stakeholders for support and resolution.
