Responsible for the delivery of the KJL sales plan
Sales strategy (incl. upselling and renewal) setting and deployment, covering sales funnel management, prospect management, deal-closing
Leading and developing a strong, effective Sales and Community Management team
Establishing a strong communication network with Key stakeholders in the wider group
Working with KINTO One Fleet Sales, KINTO Europe and TME Fleet Sales, develop and deploy sales activities for KINTO Ride
Ensuring accurate sales plans and reports, business plans and forecasts.
Develop a deep understanding of the group's sustainability strategy and business targets, reflected in an effective commercial strategy and translated into successful sales activities.
Developing market-leading sales activities and account management practices to maximise engagement and renewal.
Working closely with all levels of the business to determine best approach
TWOW and other TOYOTA values and tools to resolve problems across the business and accelerate the decision making process.
Accountable for developing and deploying all sales and account management activities.
Team management, development and mentoring.
Provide a great development opportunity to excel in the role and be considered for international positions.
Masters degree in Economics, Sustainability, Digital Marketing or Urban Development
Experience in mobility B2B / B2C business models, Go-to-market strategy development and tactics
Proven profitability and change management skills
Experience in establishing effective feedback loops between sales, marketing and product (Agile software development)
International work experience, appreciates travelling, mobile
Good written and spoken English. Fluency in any other European language is an added benefit.
