For the Account Manager role we are looking for:

* Great with people, especially over the phone

* Any form of experience from the following: retail sales, trade counter, call centre, face to face sales, promotions

* Contacting customers who have placed an order to welcome them, set them up with an account and offer additional discounts to encourage future spend
