The Role: - Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding. - Manage payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments, compliance with tax regulations, and record-keeping. - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support business goals and ensure legal compliance. - Provide advice and support to management and staff on HR-related matters, including employment law and best practices. - Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring the smooth running of the office. - Manage the purchase ledger, including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and liaising with suppliers. - Support the management team with ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as required.
