Business Development Manager

Total Management Group, a prominent Events and Travel Agency based in London and New York, is actively seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will support drive business growth utilising a range of strategies from generating focused leads and fostering strategic partnerships. If you are passionate with a proven track record in sales, an understanding of the event and travel industry and enjoy working in fast paced environments, we would love to talk.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the agency's client base.
Utilise various channels, including digital marketing, social media, partnerships, SEO monitoring and events, to generate high-quality leads.
CRM development, management and execution
from lead generation to client pitch and proposal development.
Partnership Development:
Work closely with internal teams across all divisions, to ensure seamless execution of events, travel and studio services.
Provide support and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Work closely with the Global Development Director and Managing Directors across both offices, to ensure seamless coordination between lead generation and business development strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus) preferable
Proven experience in business development within the events and travel industry. Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools.
Excellent understanding of digital marketing, social media, and lead generation tools.
