Tasks & Responsibilities:

The Support Associate is responsible for providing professional customer service and support for the Xait's software applications.You are Xait's face and voice to our end customers and will be responding to inquiries, primarily by e-mail via Zendesk.

This position includes responsibility for application support activities such as:

  • Provide professional customer service and support for Xait's software applications
  • Develop and maintain excellent application support documentation.
  • Test software errors and track tickets and client communication.
  • Support new and existing clients and provide onboarding assistance.
  • Follow escalation procedures within SOPs.
  • Supporting of technical setup for customers, including API and SSO

Position Overview:

Based in Stavanger, Norway, the Support Associate is responsible for support on Xait's software solutions.

The employee is responsible for ensuring that Xait adheres to applicable legislation and procedures within relevant functional areas, to demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism, and to work collaboratively and effectively within all levels of the organization.

This position reports directly to the Xait Service and Delivery Manager.

  • You speak and write Norwegian and English fluently.
