Case Manager - Bridging Finance

Our client launched back in 2017, The team within the company are specialists in the complexities that drive the need for a Short-Term Bridging, Refurbishment and Buy to Let loans. They will be copied in on all correspondents with the sales team, brokers, borrowers, valuers, asset managers & solicitors.
Run a pipeline of Level 1 loan applications (UK borrowers, bridges, refurbishment loans, purchase & refinances) taking the applications through to completion.
* Provide support to the CMs with their pipelines, reviewing underwriting and legal requirements, legal documents, valuations and drafting internal tools and forms in readiness for completion.
* Reviewing the reports on receipt, invoices and bank statements and preparing the approval forms for approval
* Overseeing the Asset Manager panel, ensuring service levels are maintained.
