As Finance & Ops Associate you’ll be the ultimate fox, having to work across different areas of the business as needs arise (finance, ops, recruiting, HR, legal).
Working with our Head of Finance & Operations, you’ll help translate the company vision into the operating model and rhythm of the business.
We’re looking for a fast, constant learner with a proactive, positive attitude to help our business navigate the operational challenges we will encounter on our journey to becoming a world class SAAS company.
You’ll be a critical part of the team, instrumental in driving change, and a huge part of the culture we’re building.
Finance & Accounting
Assist with other finance items such as business planning, strategy, budgeting/ forecasting
Operations & Risk Management
Support the Head of Finance & Ops with risk management/compliance, external audits, security questionnaires etc.
Supporting in designing and optimizing internal processes, policies and control environment
HR and Office admin
Office management, planning and execution of internal company events/socials etc.
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA etc) or similar
Previous experience in a finance or similar role at a growing startup
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Hybrid-remote working culture with 2/3 days in the office per week
