The Role:
The Corporate Trust Finance Administrator will be responsible for assisting in the administration of payments, invoicing clients and maintaining the compliance database. The Finance Administrator may also assist in the onboarding and administration of new transactions and in new business administration and tracking activities as required.

Key Responsibilities for this role:

- Set up and on going monitoring the compliance from the Issuer/Borrowers of the finance covenants.
- Assisting in opening and managing the Trustee accounts at transaction and principal level, including sending relevant payment notices (where required) and managing (setting up, checking and reconciling) payments
- Assisting in accurately recording/tracking and invoicing new/ongoing business and associated legal fees and reconciling the relevant payments/outstanding debtors (and associated chasers as appropriate)
- Assisting, where required, in Onboarding and day to day management of new business and in any other ad hoc administration tasks for the team.

Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

- Good numerical and excel skills.
- Structured approach to work & ability to priorities and meet deadlines and manage high volumes.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational & time management skills
- Have a good level of written & verbal communication.
- Able to work in a team and escalate issues promptly.
- No requirement for previous trustee experience but previous experience in managing similar activities is desirable.
- Desirable understanding of Oracle and/or Revport and/or HSBC net systems albeit training will be provided.
