Technology Lead Business Analyst
Worcester based with a balance of home and office working

We are seeking an individual who has a passion for seeking out improvements to join the Technology Business Analysis Practice as a Lead Business Analyst in Worcester.. As a Lead Technology Business Analyst, you will work with business colleagues as part of project and product delivery teams. You will be delivering key business analysis activities within complex business change initiatives, as well as providing leadership and mentoring to colleagues within the BA team. Each day will require you to engage your skills in several diverse ways, from requirements elicitation to user experience design through to change adoption.

The role of Technology Lead Business Analyst will include:
Providing leadership to the Business Analysis function, promoting active cross team and practice collaboration and communication, enabling and being responsible for decision making. Leading, coaching and mentoring Business Analyst programme, project or product management teams, planning ways of working and acting as a point of escalation to support delivery
Leading and ensuring the creation of design artefacts and protypes as required to ensure solutions meet user needs, working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the wider implementation of service and product improvements are effective and aligned to the Groups values and objectives
Overseeing work delivered by contractors ensuring agreed levels of service are being achieved and delivered enabling business efficiencies in line with Group objectives
Managing the recruitment, performance, training and development of quality people to ensure required skilled employees are available to meet the needs of the service
Occasional travel may be requirement of the role, therefore a full valid driving licence is essential

Role salary is £53,134 with an additional policy allowance of £3,862 per annum (rising to £55,931 with an additional policy allowance of £4,066 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
